Since the president of The Republic Ghana Nana Akufo Addo called for a lock-down in some part of the country for two weeks in fighting against the Corona virus. NII LANTEY VANDERPUYE DONATES RELIEF ITEMS TO FIRE VICTIMS & RESIDENTS OF THE OLD FADAMA Thousands of people living at the Old Fadama, an urban slum area in Accra, within the Odododiodioo Constituency, have been rendered homeless following a fire outbreak which destroyed over 800 structures and households on Tuesday dawn, 7th April 2020. Reports indicate that massive fire has engulfed a huge section of the Old Fadama in Accra. Pictures captured of the incident shows the massive extent of the fire and how it has affected lots of the residents and businesses in the area. Several properties, running into thousands of Ghana Cedis have also been lost in the fire outbreak according to news reports from Joy News, UTV and other major media outlets. NII LANTEY VANDERPUYE LEADS THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID - 19 IN ODODODIODIO In keeping with the people's mandate, providing service and showing leadership in this COVID-19 pandemic, the MP for the Odododiodioo Constituency, Hon.
