Ghana’s most celebrated dancehall King, Shatta Wale, has taken to his official Facebook page to explain that on Saturday, August 17, he would be performing at the ‘Loud In Bukom’ concert to be held at the Bukom Park, near Akoto Lantey in the heart of Ga Mashi in Accra.  “It’s Bukom and Bukom only ..Nowhere else !”, Shatta Wale said on Facebook on Wednesday when he posted the artwork of the event co-organised by Halifax Entertainment and Loud Mix GH.  The ‘I Know My Level’ hitmaker had earlier on confirmed his performance at the 'Loud In Bukom' concert when he posted on Facebook: “My first time to Rock Bukom harddddd!!!! Fans pls come and celebrate Homowo with me this 17th..Don’t miss it !!!! Mark the date !!!  DJ Arafat, an Ivorian singer with a huge following in francophone Africa, has died after a road accident in Abidjan, the state broadcaster RTI said on Monday. “Death of artist DJ Arafat… today at 8am as a result of a road accident overnight,” it tweeted. According to messages and pictures circulating on social media, he had been driving a motorbike and smashed into a car. Critically injured, he was taken to an Abidjan hospital, where he later died. Born in Abidjan in 1986, DJ Arafat — real name Ange Didier Huon — was avidly followed in French-speaking western and central African countries. He issued 11 albums, mainly of “coupe-decale” — a dance music form combining choppy rhythms with hip-hop-style vocals. Water Boys is a group of young boys base in Ga-Maahie the coastle side of Accra James Town. This group was formed from different set of groups Mobile Boys ,VIP Boys and many more. It was formed in 2010. Becuase of how United they members are  and also how they have been presenting themselves some members among them have been helping a lot of people in the community when it comes to education and personal issues. In 2011 chalewote festival was introduce into the community and the main aim of the festival is about art and culture. In 2012 Water Boys decide to be part of the festival because the festival is in the community so they decide to start installation of cheif ,queen, traditional elder and many more so that they will present the art of celebrating the Ga Homowo festival during the chalewote festival as their presentation to be part of the festival and also to let people from other tribes and outside the country to get to know how the festival is been celebrated .
