Information gathered by  MyNewsGh.com  is that award winning journalist, Halifax Ansah-Addo, has signed a contract with the Despite Media Group and he would be working as a presenter for Okay 101.7 Fm starting this June. The journalist would be hosting the mid-morning slot on Okay FM from 10AM to 12 noon on weekdays on a programme called ‘Best Entertainment Show’. Details of the contract that attracted Halifax to the station drops soon. Halifax, is the Editor-in-Chief for the Publisher. He is also the Chief Executive of Halifax Entertainment – an events and talent management company. He also works as a private media consultant to a number of clients and companies. Legendary Ghanaian highlife musician, Adane Best last Saturday proved to his fans and Ghanaian music lovers all across board that, he is the best when it comes to live band performance. At the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Experience Concert held at the Independence Square in Accra, he thrilled fans with Jata Bi and many other songs. His dance moves, energy and all the hit songs he dropped were enjoyed by everyone. He performed songs like Mama Mia, Gyata Bi, Maafio, W’ano Pe Asem, Suumo among others. There were generally good performances from the likes of Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Tinny, Adina, Empress Gifty Adorye, Kwesi Arthur, Akesse Brempong, Bongo Blay and others.  The Experience Concert was aired live on TV3, DSTV Channel 196 and GOTV Channel 129 with support from Media General, YFM, DSTV, GOtv, KPMG, Graphic Showbiz and proudly connected by Vodafone. The main awards for the VGMA according to Organizers will come off on May 18 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
