Maccasio signs Ambassadorial deal with Giant Malt Ghana

The Zola music frontier and Northern Rap King Maccassio has signed a deal with Giant malt Ghana to be the brand ambassador. The rapper somewhere around 2017 was signed as the brand ambassador of Giant Malt Ghana for the three Northern region then now five northern regions.

Agbeshie, Wrowroho Hit maker Arrested?

Tweet Ghanaian Musician,  Agbeshie  has been allegedly Arrested over a crime which is yet to be known. Information reaching Dklassgh.com indicates that Wrowroho hitmaker and the 2018 VMA Artiste of the year – Agbeshie, might be in police custody assisting in investigations. Agbeshie was reportedly arrested th this morning (April 15) for over what people believe should be about profane words used in his hit single  Wrowroho song which many believe is cutting too deep into the moral fiber of the Ghanaian society since its release a few months ago. 2019 Ghana DJ Awards Public Nominations Open

Organizers of Africa’s biggest DJ festival, the annual Ghana DJ Awards, Merqury Republic, wish to announce to all Disc Jockeys and the general public that nominations have been opened for the 2019 edition of the awards. At this first phase of the nomination process, interested DJs or their representatives are expected to submit an entry form, along with mixtapes, music releases, or two-minute videos showing a scratch session. Other items to submit include: Professional photographs of DJ A mixtape for consideration for nomination (specify music genre(s)) A video for consideration for nomination These should be attached to submissions online or enclosed within an envelope addressed to Ghana DJ Awards Nomination, PO Box 2863, Kaneshie, Accra, Ghana. I don’t understand Ga verses in 'Can’t Let You Go' - Sarkodie

Rapper Sarkodie has revealed he does not know the meaning of the Ga verses sang by King Promise in his hit single ‘Can’t Let You Go’. The musician made this revelation during his performance at the Standard Chartered Bank concert to launch their SC Mobile app. Sarkodie, who had earlier performed back to back hits like ‘Pizza and Burger’, ‘Me Gye Wo Girl’, ‘Dangerous’ at the event, asked the audience to help him sing the chorus and bridge of ‘Can’t let you You Go’. “Do you know I don’t understand what that means,” he told the fans when they got to King promise’s verse Many fans did not make anything of it because the rapper is known to sing mostly in Twi. That for them is an indication he does not speak much Ga. However, others were shocked to realise the artiste did not know what part of his own song meant even months after its release. I won’t fly to Jamaica just to take pictures with stars – Shatta Wale jabs Stonebwoy

Shatta Wale seems to have belittled Stonebwoy’s international exploits in recent weeks. The 2018 AFRIMA Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year travelled to Jamaica and was spotted in photos with Grammy Award winner, Beenie Man Shortly after that, Stonebwoy, shared excerpts of a music video shot with Beenie Man and asked fans to anticipate the new collaboration.  Another video also surfaced suggesting that the artiste was shooting another music video with Tarrus Riley and Sean Paul.  Responding to these new feats by his rival, Shatta Wale told King Lagazee on Yaad Settings on Hitz FM that he will not travel to Jamaica just for fanfare. “We are stepping in hard the works. It is not by taking pictures and moving here and there, meeting people…I can fly to Jamaica anytime I want but I can’t just move to Jamaica just to go take pictures…,” he said.  Shatta Wale stated that he is taking his time to strategically establish good contacts in Jamaica to promote his songs to make money. 

Rocky Dawuni Officially Signs On To Africa 1 Media

Shatta wale has shut his critics again by showing he is still the crowd favorite when it comes to entertainment in Ghana. The second edition of 3 Music Awards which was held at the Fantasy Dome last Saturday saw Shatta Wale sweep home 8 awards. As the opening Act, Shatta Wale stormed the stage levitating on a metallic mat etched with  3MusicAwards logo, he gave out an electrifying performance. The 9th edition of the annual ‘Ghana meets Naija’ musical concert will be held in June.
